I would like to say special thanks to so many people who have been a great help to me and my family.   Thanks To:  Thanks to my friends who gave me a surprise birthday party --we love and appreciate you!! My family who have sent money to help my parents pay bills, who have visited, sent presents, and prayed a whole lot for me....I love you all so much and am blessed to have you all!
